The recycling programme is managed by highly experienced Greenstar personnel where all waste management activities are provided and include:
- Organising, managing, installing equipment and storage facilities in a designated area
- Maintaining the equipment
- Managing and monitoring of system performance
- Recommending and implementing system improvements
- Sourcing and developing outlets for recovered resources
- Providing a comprehensive environmental compliance tracking service
- Greenstar take over the management, servicing and operation of all the existing (if any) company owned waste disposal equipment and is responsible for all day to day operational requirements, maintenance and repairs
Labour on Site
Personnel based on site:
- Organise and orchestrate all materials movements both on site and to and from site
- Arrange and complete all relevant documentation for transfer of materials
- Co-ordinate housekeeping of site with client
- Deal with client queries
- Raise awareness and merits of the on site programme
- Maximise recycling
- Reduce disposal to landfill
- Fully trained in all aspects of waste management, health and safety certified, manual handling, chemical training, vehicle training (forklift, tipper trucks etc)
- Uniformed staff and PPE provided as standard
- Supported by Greenstar’s team of experienced Supervisors
A Programme Manager is assigned to each client contract. |
