I am delighted to advise you that Greenstar acquired the commercial waste and recycling operations of Veolia Environmental Services in Ireland on April 1st, 2010. This acquisition combines two companies who are recognised for applying high standards to their activities and will strengthen our offering to customers nationally.
This acquisition ensures that Greenstar will continue to innovate its service offering to all our customers, drive better recycling and further improve our product and price offering. This year will see Greenstar make further investments in our supply of Green Energy to the national Grid and completion of a multi million euro investment that will create fossil fuel substitutes from waste and zero landfill solutions.
