 It
is a condition of our landfill waste licences that we must submit
a restoration and aftercare plan to the EPA. This plan outlines,
on a phased basis, our restoration proposals for the facility
and our proposals with regard to nature and woodland conservation.
As part of Greenstar’s environmental commitment we will
restore our sites through extensive engineering and landscaping
so that the land can be used for agriculture, forestry, sporting
or amenity activities. On closure the facility will continue
to be monitored in accordance with EPA requirements. |
