Attending Greenstar’s Public Information Exhibition won’t be a ‘Waste’ of Time
Greenstar is pleased to announce that it will hold a public information exhibition on Wednesday, 28th September in the Mermaid Arts Centre, Bray.
All Bray residents are invited to attend the event which will inform people on how to best manage their waste in the context of the recently introduced pay-by-use initiative and the introduction by Greenstar of a kerb side recycling service.
The exhibition will offer something for the whole family; so while mum and dad are learning how to reduce the household waste management costs, children will hear how they can play a key role in recycling at home, in school and in their community.
Representatives from An Taisce’s Green School’s Programme, Tetra Pak and Wicklow County Council will also participate in the exhibition and will all bring valuable inputs to the area of household waste management.
John Nolan, Manager, Greenstar said: “We are delighted to be hosting this information exhibition and hope that people can take something of value away from it. In particular, I am very hopeful that it will increase understanding between Greenstar and our customers”.
The Exhibition will take place between 3:30pm and 7:30pm on Wednesday 28th September in the Mermaid Arts Centre, Main Street, Bray.
